Q. I forgot my password. What do I do now?
A. Under the “forgot password” option, provide your email or username and click “send”. An email will be sent to your registered email ID. Instructions will be provided on how to reset the password.
Q. How do I pay for a job?
A. All transactions are made between the employer and provider. We do not take a cut from the employer.
Q. As a provider, how much should will I be charged for bidding?
A. Bidding is absolutely free. Once your bid is accepted, you will have to pay a small fee. You will get a couple of free promotional codes as well.
Q. As an employer, how do I pay for coupons?
A. You will not be charged for coupons. There are two types of coupons: 1. ‘Contact Me’ coupons where you can contact the provider directly. 2. ‘Print’ Coupon where you will send a printout containing your phone number directly to the provider.
Q. As a Provider, will I be charged a commission for listing in the website?
A. No. ITS JUNGLE is completely free when it comes to listing your coupons. We believe that you deserve full payment for your hard work. You can even post free coupons as promotional offers. Check out “pricing” for additional coupons.
Q. How does ITS JUNGLE promote my coupons?
A. We attract a lot of traffic to our website. Many of them will be your potential clients. You can also create your own website and post links of your coupon on it. Check out “Store Flyers” to get a better idea.
Q. How do I post multiple coupons as a provider?
A. Go to ‘Coupons/Listing’ à ‘Post Service’. Repeat the same process for posting more coupons.
Q. How do I post multiple jobs as an employer?
A. Go to ‘My Account’ à‘Post Project’. Repeat the same process for posting more jobs.
Q. How do I manage the jobs that I have already posted?
A. Go to ‘My Account’ à ‘My Projects’. You have many options here. You can edit the current job requirement oreven delete a job posting. You can also see the current status of your posting here.
Q. How does the process of Job Feedback work?
A. Once a particular job has been finished, the employer has the option to change the status of the job as ‘completed’. After the status has been changed, both the employer and provider have the opportunity to give feedback of their experience with each other while the job was being done. These feedbacks will be shown in their respective profiles for everyone to see.
Q. How can I contact the employer or provider after the bidding procedure?
A. Once the bidding is over, we have a system which automatically sends a message in the bidding page. You can contact the Employer or Provider using this tool. After the initial contact has been made, you can further communicate regarding the job through your INBOX.
